VULGARIA was created to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for adults. A place to cut loose with some good quality "ME" time. Attitude is encouraged. Rude behavior is not. Not only are "Children not Allowed" but those who would act as such. In most case's, a "3 strikes your out" rule will be in place, to allow new folks a chance to become accustomed to this new environment. Some things however, there will be ZERO TOLERANCE. When in doubt , ASK FIRST. We have an Excellent staff here of Admins /Security who wish to HELP , Encourage, Nurture and Enable YOU.

Show great respect for your fellow beings. Do what you know to be right. Take full responsibility for your actions. Give assistance and kindness where ever needed. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.

Inappropriate activity: We are bound by the laws of California, United States of America, and our wish to have a safe and happy home for EVERYONE. That said, SCAT, (people who receive sexual gratification playing with poo etc) Bestiality, (ditto, animals) Rape, Child sex, are strictly forbidden. I can not stress this enough. You get one chance here and will be deleted, FIRST OFFENSE. If in doubt about something you would like to post, please contact The Admins /SECURITY. When in doubt ASK FIRST and save yourself and everyone else a lot of trouble. This site will operate in full compliance with The Law, no exceptions.

Harassment: We promote self policing here. Guys, friendly advice. Don't go leaping for the clitoris. Try sending some flowers and if she does not respond, leave her alone. Move on. Gals, it's called the "BLOCK" button. If you feel the issue can not be resolved or feel uncomfortable , please contact an Administrator/SECURITY

Tolerance: It is possible for extremely differing ideologies ( those things we hold to be true and correct ) to co-exist. Ask yourself, "Do I honestly want to be censored?" With that said, if an individual wishes to make a BOLD statement on their page, they should continue there courage, by not hiding behind the approving of comments before posting them and make themselves available to hear any dissent ( negative feelings, towards thier ideologies ) on their statement.

Common Sense: Expecting others to have common sense shows you have none your self. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you is arguably the single greatest sentence ever uttered.

APPENDUM:CENSORSHIPAs of Jan. 2009 The Ning Network will no longer allow Adult Sites. From a practical point of view, this means "most" nudity will no longer be acceptable as content. Posting Photo's displaying "genitalia" for example ( private parts ) on ones page or in blogs, in slideshows etc. will no longer be allowed. Other unacceptable posts would include "sex acts" even animated ones, which clearly show genitalia. The use of "off-site" sources, such as Photobucket, to store your pics, will probably keep you out of trouble. My personal feeling is that one could still send most subject matter thru comments and messages with out causing a stir. This policy is subject to change at any moment. We do not approve of censorship but these are the cards we have been dealt for now. We wished to buy "all" of us some time until we can create a new site , which would allow ALL the content we have become accustomed to on VULGARIA.
